Is the discovery call really free?
Yes, 100% free with no obligation. It’s 30 minutes for us to get to know each other and see if there’s a fit. If there isn’t, no hard feelings — we’ll still try to point you in the right direction.
What should I prepare?
Nothing at all. We’ll guide the conversation — just show up ready to talk about where you are and where you want to be. Come with questions, leave with clarity.
How soon can you start on my project?
It depends on our current project load — sometimes we can start right away, other times there’s a 1–2 week grace period. If you need immediate help, let us know — we’re happy to prioritize and can adjust our schedule to get you started as quickly as possible.
Do you work with businesses outside North Carolina?
Absolutely. While we’re based in the Charlotte area, everything can be done remotely. We work with clients across the country via Zoom, email, and phone.
