How long does a website take?
Most projects take 4-10+ weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the package. Starter sites launch in about 4 weeks, Professional in 8 weeks, and Premium in 10+ weeks depending upon complexity. We’ll give you a specific timeline in your proposal.
What platforms do you work with?
We work with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and other platforms—but we strongly prefer WordPress. Why? WordPress gives us the flexibility, optimization options, and speed that other platforms simply can’t match. Platforms like Wix and Squarespace use closed, proprietary systems that limit what we can do for performance, SEO, and customization. When you need a site that truly performs, WordPress is the answer.
What if I have a lot of pages (like a team directory)?
We price by complexity, not page count. A team directory with 50 people is one template that we populate—not 50 separate pages. Same with portfolios, product listings, or location pages. If it’s repeating content, it’s one design.
Do you write the content too?
Yes. Every package includes messaging support using the StoryBrand framework. Starter gets content prompts and editing. Professional and Premium include a full messaging strategy session and we write your core pages based on what converts.
What’s included in the 12-month care?
Hosting on premium servers, daily backups, security monitoring, WordPress and plugin updates, and support hours for changes. Bronze = 1 hour/month, Silver = 2 hours, Gold = 4 hours. See full care plan details →
What happens after the 12 months?
You can renew at our standard monthly rates, switch to a different tier, or take your site elsewhere. No lock-in, no pressure. Every client we’ve serviced has stayed on a care plan because they see the value we provide—helping them focus on what they’re best at while we handle the technical details.
Can I pay monthly instead of upfront?

What if I already have a website?
We can migrate your content to a new design or redesign your existing WordPress site. We’ll assess what can be kept during our discovery call. Most clients prefer a fresh start.
Do you help with SEO after the site launches?
Absolutely. Every website includes a solid SEO foundation, but ongoing SEO is a separate service. Our SEO plans help you rank higher and get found by more customers over time.
